Lets do Labor Day instead. Did you know:
Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.
Yes, I’m continuing to Labor towards a healthier lifestyle, and I also appreciate the value of deserved time off. It’s been a wonderful holiday shared mostly by the kiddo and me. I didn’t want to take much time from that by posting about exercise and diet (HA!)
Though I did sneak in a few great rides over the holiday.
Stay focused and faithful!!!
Happy Labor Day
