He’d rather you be against Him than to claim you are in Him while you’re living in the world. It’s good to be salty, or should I clarify; it’s good to be Spiritually Salty!
Joshua was the man on a mission. God’s mission. His obedience and teachable spirit allowed him to walk in God’s will as he experienced victory after victory.
God said it wasn’t good for man to be alone. While this example is popular for marriage lessons, I want to expand it to talk about social media.
What happens within the atmosphere of discontent and rejection is we may either become bored, defiant or indifferent in our waiting.

But there’s a sinister atmosphere in this nation that we’ve never known. Even darker these days than the light of a once bright American Spirit can pierce.
Don’t grow weary because you’ve cast your energies toward social media propaganda and ran out of gas for pursuing Jesus Christ.
It’s a great time to look at the reality of God in His true, omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent form and not some media caricature we created to satisfy self.

Don’t allow open sanctuary doors to become more about, “Hello” than “Hallelujah”.
I think it was Bruce Lee who said “Be water.” It’s important to remain fluid in certain situations and understand that ultimately we are not in control.
While lingering in the Spirit, God shared these truths with the instructions to share them with you. I don’t make any assumptions as I was only led to share, but here you go:
Walking through a season of uncertainty? We all move through these cycles of obscurity. They are God’s way of preparing us for His gift.
Watching social media all day for updates of infection and death data wears on the spirit.
To say I loved him is an understatement. There was a soul tie that kept me tethered to grief and survivor’s guilt.
Staff men’s ministries with volunteers of actual men who’ve messed up more in life than leaving a dog-eared copy of the latest men’s grooming magazine on the counter.

My Jesus was an American Jesus. I loved Him, and was happy that others in the world got to know about Him, but the truth was, He belonged to America. In my mind’s eye, Jesus carried Old Glory and rode a screaming bald eagle across the sky.

The idea isn’t to knock fellow Christians, but to nudge them to stop leering over the fence, and start looking into the mirror. Believe it or not, no one has or will ever earn their way into heaven by pointing out everyone else’s sin.
I had this wonderfully introspective post ready for today. Leading up to my birthday, I like to use the time to reflect over the course of my life. But, as I began to write,
